WCE Chairman Colin Palmer was invited to a meeting of the Cowes Business Association last evening to meet members and provide a talk on WCE and the Share Offer. Over 30 members attended the meeting which was held at Trinity Church in Cowes. Following his presentation Colin met with a number of the members to discuss the Offer, benefits to the Island and the creation of a £2.4m community fund that will be used to shrink the Island’s carbon footprint. The CBA is a membership based organisation for people who own, operate or work for businesses in the local area. As a not-for-profit organisation the CBA exists to engage with, support and promote business within Cowes, East Cowes, Northwood and Gurnard and encourage more visitors and Islanders to visit Cowes throughout the year
